Carol Goodwin

Carol Goodwin is the newest associate at Amber Integrated (AI), Oklahoma's only fully integrated government relations, political consulting, strategic communications, market research, and advertising services firm.

In joining Amber Integrated, Carol Goodwin brings a proven ability to navigate complex landscapes and drive success across the spectrum of government relations, political consulting, and strategic communications. She started her career in political campaigns and then transitioned to government and public relations work for the Oklahoma Association of Optometric Physicians. In 2016, Carol was selected to run the Del City Chamber of Commerce and then went on to also lead the Choctaw Area Chamber of Commerce. As the VP of Acquisitions & Development for a healthcare technology startup, Carol demonstrated her leadership acumen by expanding markets in multiple states.

Always striving to improve her skills and deliver the best results for clients, Carol earned her BA in Political Science and Mass Communications from East Central University, a Masters in Public Administration from the University of Central Oklahoma, graduated with her Institute of Organization Management (IOM) from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, and obtained a Nonprofit Management Certification from the Oklahoma Center for Nonprofits.
