Graphic Design Specialist 

· What motivates you to wake up and go to work?

Honestly, my family. They encourage me every day to do “good things and make good choices” (words of my 3yr old, Eisley). And just my love for all things creative. I love the diverse creative culture design offers me to engage in.

· What do you do at our company?

I handle all things creative for AI – Social media graphics, candidate mailers, polling graphics, videos, motion graphics etc.

· What has been your favorite project so far?

I have been with AI for a little over a year and my favorite project has been the work we have done with one of our advocate campaigns. It has challenged me in many ways but also humbled me in our cause to better a life and a community.

· Who inspired you to pursue the career you have today?

Oh geez. This is a tough one. There have been so many people whom I have looked up to.

But I’ll have to go with the cliché of my family. I grew up in a very artistic family. My mom, dad, sisters, all sets of grandparents, etc. They always encouraged me to be better, to create from the heart and to pursue whatever dream I had – even if it was to be a WNBA star when I was 11. Go Rebecca Lobo!

· What’s something most people don’t know about you?

That I am extremely competitive. I LOVE friendly competition in any sport and strive to do my best in all I do. Shoot, I even have a scar on my hand from playing spoons with my family to prove it! 

· What’s a passion of yours?

Obviously, art and design. I love every moment I get to paint something, make something for my kids at home or inspire others with a graphic. If I didn’t have a passion for what I am doing as my career then it wouldn’t be as meaningful to me. Life would be mundane.
